Conductor:
Conductor are made from electrolytic grade with More than 100% conductivity and >99.95% purity copper material. Copper rod is converted into fine wires and annealed for better flexibility, tin coated , then bunched together at uniform lay length to form circular shape and to meet required resistance as per standard IEC 60228.
Insulation & Sheath
CWI produces the Photovoltaic (Solar) cable by using the cross linkable Halogen free
Polyethylene / polyolefin with flame retardant property material. These materials are cross-
linked by natural cross linking method by adding adequate catalyst in process.
Double insulation will be provided on the conductor, which gives superior electrical,
Thermal, Mechanical properties to work at any worst atmospheric conditions
