Requirements are clearly communicated to suppliers and raw materials are tested and inspected as per relevant standards by sophisticated testing equipments. We ensure utmost care to procure the best of raw materials available in the market

Our aim is to execute First Time Right to avoid non-conformance during production. Every set-up undergoes First Part Approval before starting production and we ensure periodical monitoring of both process and product as per quality plan. Necessary testings are done in our laboratory during the manufacturing cycle of the product.  In order to reduce process variation, we follow process capability for all critical parameters.

Final inspection is done stringently on the product before packing. Electrical, mechanical, dimensional and visual parameters are checked to meet customer requirements and product standard requirements. Hence, final products are formally certified for the intended use of customers
