We strive to maximize the positive impact of our work and ensure that they reach all who are in great need. Coptech Wire strives to run and grow its business in a socially responsible manner. Over the years we have sought to support communities through various valuable and ethical initiatives. Over the years we have had a positive impact on the society and environment in which we operate. The multi-stakeholder model was at the heart of Coptech Wire. However, given the challenges facing the world, such as the critical social, environmental, and economic needs of our marginalized and disadvantaged communities, we need to do much more. We do this with a shared value approach that helps solve problems and strengthens our society. We need to fill the gap for a more equitable and socially inclusive world. A world in which we all live and not at the expense of nature and the environment.
Coptech Wire Founder said that the building of a self-sufficient society is designed with honest efforts; we have nurtured and practiced a philosophy of social behavior to inform communities.
To achieve greater social participation, we support development initiatives, plans, and assistance, especially in the following key areas: water conservation, education for the needy, Installation of pure drinking water, Skill development, health and hygiene, and skills development. These factors of social progress are also key highlighters of the human development graph.
Additionally, we are sensitive to the larger needs of our nation and continue to support projects aimed at preserving our protecting natural resources, heritage and assisting with disasters and restoration.
Company CSR principles
The company’s CSR policy reflects its commitment to social work & humanity beyond legal requirements. Company policies and programs are based on the four pillars of community, ethics, diversity, and environment. Our principles clearly express our desire to bring our communities back to the prosperity of society. Being ethical is a fundamental pillar where we work with sincerity and stand by the rules of cultural values and ethics. We strive to deliver the community we live to the best of our ability; we actively protect our business as environmentally efficient, environmentally friendly, and non-discriminatory on the basis of caste, race, location, thought, and experience. Respect the diversity of society.
Our key CSR activities – Education For Needy Kids
It is necessary to acquire an education, especially the knowledge that children can obtain all their lives in high school and university. There are thousands of families who find it hard to send their children to school due to several reasons such as poverty, debt, lack of finance, and social reasons. They are forced to indulge in child labor and support their family member to earn a living. Keeping this in mind Coptech Wire founder takes the initiative to begin campaign quality Education For All, where we give funding for the poor children education.
In this campaign the focus is on complete education, preferably using technology in addition to the provision of adequate infrastructure services, access to education, and the improvement of education systems, which can be clearly measured in impact assessments. We make sure all needy children get equal treatment regardless of caste, creed, and race. Actually, there are many children who leave school in between due to financial
issues, so we decided to offer academic education.
Measures that are aimed primarily at disadvantaged and underprivileged groups are intended to lead to improved reading and writing skills and adequate education that can enable the target group to study and ultimately enable a sustainable livelihood. In other words, we want to create a healthy educational environment instead of spending money on buildings, furniture, etc. We aspire to establish the model that helps children to attain their goals. In addition, we also offer meals to poor children. Coptech CSR board always has a deep analysis of the social problem before initiating any project to help the needy people.
“Healthy Diet Is Essential For Healthy Mind”
We want that children should get healthy meals with quality education. It’s a perfect package for them to turn their dreams into reality. Otherwise, children run from schools in search of food that can distract them from their studies.

ANNDAAN Through Iskcon To Poor People
You may know the ISKON administration has fed millions of poor children since the COVID outbreak. This pandemic really made a hard hit on the stomach of poor people. So we decided to contribute ISKON funding in order to feed more and many poor people as possible. According to the chairman of ISKON, Piyush Goel, the temple is fulfilling about 2lakh empty stomachs on a daily basis.
Among all the large-scale measures taken to stop the COVID-19 epidemic in India, the Coptech Wire Foundation has protected the well-being and health of the poor population in various places by initiated the ANNDAAN campaign by collaborating with the ISKCON temple. Due to the forced lockdown to stop Covid transmission, there are millions of people who have lost their livelihood and suffer from hunger.
Most of the lower-class patients admitted to public hospitals are those who earn by working on construction sites, and in a few cases, family members decide to go hungry to save money. Therefore, the Coptech Wire CSR board decided to offer free but healthy meals to families of low-income government patients and poor children. We make sure each meal will be a nutritional tray that includes healthy foods such as leafy vegetables, chapattis, rice, and more. Apart from this, we have delivered ration kits to the doorsteps during this life-threatening condition of coronavirus.
Vaccination Drive To Villages (Covishield)
As you are aware, the Government of India has approved the vaccination campaign with two major vaccines namely Covaxin and CovidShield. According to experts, vaccination is necessary to stay safe from this deadly coronavirus main culprit of 2020 pandemic but still, there are many people who are skeptical and not ready for vaccination. Myths about vaccines and misinformation circulating in mainstream media and social media have had a significant impact on the global vaccination campaign. Probably the greatest concerns about vaccination come from the fact that vaccines are being developed at a rapid rate and the mechanism by which these vaccines work is entirely mysterious to the general population.
So, as a socially responsible organization, we decided to start a vaccination campaign and vaccination awareness campaign in villages. You must be wondering why we have started our vaccination campaign in villages in the first place. Actually, people living in villages are not technology savvy and hardly know how to register themselves and book vaccine using dedicated portal COWIN so, with the help of health experts, we decided to set up a camp where doctors, allies, staff come together and vaccinate people in the traditional way. We simply ask villagers to come to the camp with Aadhaar cards and we ourselves register and vaccinate them. In this way, we have helped thousands of people and provided a protected shield.
Installation Of Drinking Water In Hospitals And Some Other
Public Spaces
The drinking water supply is central to national regulations for common and immediate provision as well as for dealing with crisis situations. Particularly concerned with the interdependence of critical infrastructure, this means that failures in the water supply can have far-reaching consequences and endanger social security, for example through the scarcity of hospitals. In the event of an emergency in the drinking water facilities, limited supply measures, for example for patients in hospitals, are essential for emergencies in emergencies. Thus, there is still a lack of full awareness of this problem, especially in countries with low water pollution. Several international organizations provide guidance on the limited quality of hospital water supply in emergencies. Keeping in mind these conditions, we launched a campaign Safe Drinking Water, where we ensure the Installation of drinking water in hospitals and some other public spaces.
The WHO (World Health Organization) defines health as purely mental, physical, and social well-being, not just the absence of instability and disease. While maintaining this definition of health, the Coptech Wire CSR board believes that health care should not be equated with the treatment of disease, with an emphasis on promoting health and preventing disease. On the other hand, society recognizes the importance of considering a social commitment to health as a step towards the health of the population. In order to properly provide its philanthropic services
and care for the public, a corporate social responsibility policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Company Act.
Transparent Records Of Programs & Projects
The CSR committee monitors and evaluates the programs/projects and expenditures on a quarterly and bi-monthly basis. The annual report on CSR activities must be included with the required information in the company’s management report in the prescribed format. These guidelines, approved by the company’s board of directors, are posted on the company’s website.
CSR COMMITTEE:
The CSR Committee will be established in accordance with proper rules, and the Committee will monitor the implementation/evaluation of the process and the various activities carried out in accordance with this policy. The CSR Committee will present periodic reports to the Board.
The Target Audience
However, the company wants to help everyone who really needs support as there are times when eligible audiences do not benefit from the program’s policies. That’s why we select our audience specifically and make sure our help reaches those who really need us.
Collaborations
The company must have its own project/program development, implementation, and evaluation strategy. However, in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders, the company needs to establish appropriate associations with other non-governmental organizations or public-private partnerships with government organizations.
Company CSR Budget
The committee will strive to spend at least 2% of the average net profit over the last 3 years on CSR activities. The CSR Committee should propose the project/projects or activities that can be proposed each financial year and the amount be spent should be approved by the Council without modification. If the Ministry cannot dispose of the allocated funds for any reason, the unused amount is carried over to the next financial year and added to that year’s treasury.
